Terms and conditions for CLASS PLAN / 1 x week

We have crafted easy-to-understand, no-nonsense terms and conditions that are in plain english. These policies allow us to deliver the highest quality swim lessons and retain our dedicated and talented staff. These policies address common topics such scheduling, billing, attendance, cancellations, transfers, refunds, inclement weather, etc. A few important policy highlights are listed below. Please review our full TERMS & CONDITIONS as you are accepting these terms by completing your purchase.

NO MAKE UP POLICY. When you enroll into a regular monthly plan, your lesson/class time is held exclusively for you each week and prevents us from selling that time slot to someone else. In order to keep our regular monthly plan price as low as possible, we assume that clients can attend every scheduled session. You are paying to secure your spot on the schedule, not your attendance. As such, we do not allow for make-ups, refunds or prorations for any missed classes, regardless of the reason. If you need more flexibility and prorated account credits for missed classes is important to you, we recommend you purchase one of our Premium Plans.

SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS: Classes will not be held during break weeks or on scheduled holidays. Our monthly plan prices have already accounted for these closures and we do not provide makeups, refunds or prorated account credits for these days. Please review HOLIDAYS AND SCHEDULED CLOSURES prior to registering.

BILLING: Your payment for your first month will be processed the day you register, but your subsequent monthly auto-renewal dates will be on the day of the month that your plan actually started. For example, if you register on the 12th, but your plan doesn't start until the 20th, your first payment will be on the 12th and your monthly auto-renewal date will be the 20th of each month. If your auto-renewal date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead. Recurring monthly payments are automatically on.your auto-renewal date using your credit card on file. You can manage your billing preferences online by selecting “Payment Methods” from your account dashboard.

NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE: Passes and Monthly Plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCEL ANYTIME: There are no minimum monthly commitments. You may cancel your Monthly Plan at any time prior to your next auto-pay renewal. To end your monthly enrollment and stop auto-pay, submit your request using our CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM. You will still be able to use the service until the end of the month in which you cancel. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time.
